Been here for over almost an hour to come and fix something as simple as unlocking an online banking profile. The banker here just did his own thing now I'm still here and going to sit here for longer. With other banks honestly this takes a short time. Nedbank really needs to consider the competence of it's employees

Good customer satisfaction, but the branch does not operate on Sunday which gives Nedbank a bad representation or some negativity. They should consider opening on Sunday's also to be competent in the banking industry. But service was good
