Most pathetic service, que of 10 clients moving at one every 18 minutes. Consultants at desks but not serving anyone!

Visited the Three Rivers brand this morning. Met with a gentleman by the name of Lerato. The level of service he gave us was incredibly poor. He barely took his eyes of his computer whilst we sat in his office waiting to be attended to. His arrogance and lack of interest in us as the customer needs serious attention by management.
