Slow..services..bank full but only 3 tellers working

Why is it that everytime I come in the branch, I have to wait for 25min service, with only 40-50% of the counters open, everytime!

This branch is situated at the corporate head office buidling. It also has a home affairs office that can be used by Nedbank clients after doing online applications and bookings.

Terrible experience How could they tell me that I should return with my money and come back after 10 when I wanted to deposit.Why did they open at 9 without draw keys , they should have helped me atlist and keep the money someway while waiting for their draw keys .What if I get robbed on my way back the the store with such an amount of money I was caring.

Terrible experience! We were asked where our money in our account came from when we wanted to withdraw it. Yet no questions were asked when we deposited it.. I will never have an account with Nedbank again.

Nedbank Sandton City Branch have had my FICA documents for 7 weeks, yet I am still in the backlog queue and my account has been frozen for 34 days and counting... Nedbank your incompetence and inefficiency is only exceeded by your appalling lack of customer service.

A simple telephone enquiry was complicated enough, only to find that they are offline!!! Honestly Nedbanks service needs to improve!!

Wait time for collections is ridiculous, have been to collect a card 3 times, waited more than 40 mins. May as well be banking with Fnb😣

Major problems with Nedbank all branches seem to be offline more than they online. I personally think people should start leaving them. Something is terrible WRONG. And even though I put in reviews they don't read their reviews and don't answer. WHAT IS WRONG NEDBANK. MANY YEARS AGO YOU WERE GOOD. What happened, some of your branch managers and staff are rude. Were they not taught manners or is this what you now employing. Staff with no training, staff dont know what they doing. Nedbank Westgate manager should get fired. Krugersdorp Keywest staff are incompetent and rude. WOW NEDBANK BE WHAT YOU USED TO BE.
