Overall Feedback:
Appalling service from some personel here. I made an atm deposit and the machine indicated there was an error and I had to check inside. That's on my way to work and so I come back later. They apparently can't help the situation and I have to wait seven says so they can balance the cash. This money is for my exams and it's already due. I then as to talk to the manager and I am told that can only happen after 12. Its 10 am and I am.supposed to be working! Come Monday, I arrive at the bank at 1558hrs. They are closed and security tell me to plead with a guy smoking outside. The man makes it clear that I am screwed and have to go home and wait. Meanwhile, I have just lost a place for the exam and will ONLY have a chance next year. I could be wrong but I still feel something could have been done to salvage the situation. I actually switched banks at this branch and have known a few guys who can swim the ocean for you but this incident has brought in a real dark cloud to my experiences
