I want to thank your employee by the name of Thafseela for her great assistance on Saturday 24th November 2018. She really went beyond her call of duty for all my enquiries & issues I has with your call centre as I waited 52 minutes for my call to be answered & when they answered my call they where off no assistance to me at all. Once again thank you for your sterling work, this employee deserves an accolade for the work she doing at your branch.

Once again a BIG THANK YOU to Mrs Yoshini Moodley at Nedbank Musgrave for stepping up and really helping me finally sort out a blocked Estate Late account. She did what had to be done, promised she'd do more and DID it - all in the time promised and perfectly communicated (including a phone call and an e-mail at 17h17 (yes, 5.17pm) on a Thursday evening.That's service. And something nobody else could or would get right at Nedbank Umhlanga Ridge, Nedbank Westville Mall or even Head Office, despite personal visits, detailed requests and then six weeks of phone calls and begging and pleading. All to no avail.This is the SECOND time in the past 18 months that Yoshini Moodley has come to my rescue. She stepped forward from a sea of mediocrity, and a staff compliment that in my case regularly gave out the wrong information and advice, and showed what REAL customer care and true client empathy are all about. Something found so rarely in banking today. Thank YOU Yoshini Moodley! You are a gem and I hope that NEDBANK MUSGRAVE appreciates what a star they have in you. I shall be writing to your Head Office as well, but I wanted you to see this compliment here :-)

I would like to compliment a consultant by the name of Moeteeda Gysman. She is very passionate about her job and she knows what she is doing. On the 7th of June, I came to her for service and I left the bank more enlightened and she managed to help me to plan my finances. She is a wonderful person and cares about the needs of her clients.
