I got treated rudely because I didn't see a sign posted above the door to business banking. Not at eye level. I honestly didn't (couldn't) see it as it is too high and too small. If the teller who was so rude came into our shop she expected good service. I expect the same treatment. I wonder if the management of Nedbank will respond!

Pathetic!!!! Nedbank staff totally uneducated not interested in assisting unprofessional and pers loan dept can't update systems!! Worst banking experience ever...

Calling all the way from the USA to sort out my online banking cell number and i get told to call online banking support but yesterday i get told to call the branch itself !?!?! Get the right staff that know what they are doing!! PATHETIC service
