One teller. Long queue. Lady I had did her job but that was it.

You can't bank anywhere, anytime. I travel abroad regularly and the bank is forever blocking me from being able to draw cash. I wasn't able to draw a cent. They're also very difficult to contact while abroad. I wish I had an Email address at least for Knysna branch. I used to have a personal banker and even the branch manager used to be able to assist me whilst I'm abroad. Now all that is gone.

One of the worst banks in the world and operating in an archaic byzantine system which is dated at least15-20 years. If you want to send an international wire you have to fill out a 5 page form by hand and it took me 10 days for the wire to go out after half a dozen emails. Also they are stealing a non-res fee every month from my account after years of branch visits asking specifically to remove this charge. Terrible, difficult, confusing bank which doesnt care about customers. Systemic stealing, bad tech, and under staffed branch.

The Nedbank branch in Knysna is a very neat and clean facility. The queuing system is not great. There is one queue for everything- so usually it is a long wait even to do something simple. The staff, however, is great. They are very neat, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
