WORST BRANCH EVER!!!! I waited in line for 45mins, there were only 5 people in front of me, then they told me when I got to the counter, they were off line, what a waste of time. instead of just saying something to the people as they walk in....

Worst service ever. Only 4 people in front but takes an hour to get through. Consultants are relaxed, no sense of urgency. More reason to continue using Nedbank for secondary banking.

This must be one of the worst branches ever when it comes to service. I spent my entire lunch break trying to get some help on a queue of less than 12 people

Their systems are always offline or slow (much like their staff). Something as simple as a surname change with all the required documentation submitted resulted in a spelling error, which if I hadn't picked up early could have had massive consequences. Save your time and your sanity and go elsewhere.
