Client Review on Nedbank Hillcrest

I have tried using this branch twice and they are so unhelpful. The latest time I was told that they are unable to print statements for 6 month periods, that I had to go home, phone customer care, wait for them to email it to me, print it out myself and then come back to get whatever paper I present to the branch stamped. I went to Pinetown to get it stamped and she said she had to print it herself to stamp it, which she promptly did. Both of us were perplexed why hillcrest didn't do this. Last time hillcrest "helped" was a long process cancelling an investment which they never bothered to send on. I had to repeat this process at another branch too. Learnt my lesson hillcrest! You are useless and very unhelpful
