Bank opens at 8h30 on a Saturday, was here at 09h16, its 10h16 and I'm still waiting to be served. Love Nedbank but having second thoughts about this branch. Told only two tellers allocated to serve E tickets, now how and why is that their clients problem??

This is a shame, the worst Nedbank branch I have been to.They are unable to maintain the excellent service standards, the branch is dirty, the services are slow, the ATM'S are saying cash deposit, and not even a single one of them was doing it. I went there, early, expecting to make a deposit before the huge crowds, there only two ATM'S did open the window, the others didn't, after typing in all the details needed that machine display MACHINE IS FAULTY, we went to Bedford Centre where all the ATM'S accepting cash deposit, in less than a minute we were ready to go 👎👎👎

This is the worst branch ever. They took 45 minutes just for me to collect a card. The manager tries to explain that they have very little staff on a Saturday. That is not my problem.....they should organise things better and card collections should be at a separate counter. I love Nedbank but that is the worst branch I had to deal with!

No one picks up the phone, this bank and branch is useless! I will be transferring to another bank like FNB where they actual help you and answer there land line.

Despite having a national "offline" situation were all banking was down except atms. They still managed to make a plan for me to draw money from within the tellers inside the bank. Making it possible to draw and pay our workers wages for the week. Well done to Nedbank Eastgate. Just to mention I was turned away at Nedbank Lakeside Mall. They were not at all interested in our plight and refused to help us out right.
