Tellers are very slow! Min 30min waiting period for a cheque deposit

The usual banking experience-not enough tellers, waits and frustration-all to give them investment money. Have to hang around idly while a “consultant” pretends to be busy on the computer. Could even give me solutions, just handed me brochures-eventually did it all online with another bank in 5minutes. Good way to loose clients...
