This branch has the most pathetic service. Waited longer than an hour to be helped and then took another hour to figure out how to close my account. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I had to go 4 times to get proof of bank account as each time there is a mistake on the bank only portion of the form. They have been good with 2 other things though so 2 star.

Now that they no longer use the ticket system, general banking is fabulous. Trying to make an appointment with a manager to open a business account, is ridiculously painful. The one person who deals with this is busy, and does not respond to emails. (hence the 1 star)

They take 20min to issue a card (excluding the long waiting time) and then they say only one card needs a pin as it's one account.low n behold the card that doesn't have a pin is blocked..

Teller 14 and 15 or counter 14 and 15 totally and wholly require training. To collect and activate my cards I’ve had to come in 4 times as they didn’t even fica me properly and holds were out on my cards after providing them with this information twice and a third time to counter 2 and here I am for the fourth time !!! 4 times at clear water and once at Killarney so 5 times just to get fica??? Really ??
