Absolutely pathetic service.

Feedback:

I needed an overdraft. Everything was approved and I was told that I would have it by the end of the week. Its been 3 weeks now, and they have made no effort to communicate with me, still no overdraft. I phone once a week to follow up, but apparently they have been having delays. I phoned again this week, apparently everything was 100% and I should have my overdraft, still nothing. The banker keeps saying he will phone me back but I haven't gotten a single call from them. Probably the worst Nedbank around.

Been in the bank for 23 minutes just to get fica sorted. Highly inefficient.

I came into the branch for a quick account query, Rose sat me down gave me a phone and said someone will help me close the account....needless to say I closed the account..

The service is so slow here! I have my house loan here, luckily I don't bank here. Only 2 tellers open! Been sitting for 15 min to make a deposit, can't use the atm for some reason?

20 waiting clients. Only 2 tellers available. Yet they have a total of 16 telling points that can serve clients. And in go slow mode. Ridiculous!

22 people in the bank.... with only 2 tellers open..... 22 people. 2 teller 11 people per teller if you close the doors. and no one else comes in. ridiculous

The revamp looks great. The new ticket system is a complete waste of time. At times there would be two tellers to serve deposits, general inquiries and card collections.

The service was really bad this Saturday. I went early and was the 2nd person there but still waited an hour without assistance or an explanation for the delay while other people who came in later were assisted promptly. The only consultant that was there chose to leave her post and assist the tellers even though there were three tellers. I eventually left the bank without an assistance.
