I had a problem at another bank's ATM telling me I had drawn all my funds for the day which was not true.I went to the Nedbank stand and they were incredibly helpful. They checked in the system and an ATM withdrawal had been made in the early hours. They assisted me with filling out the correct paperwork, put a stop on my card and issued me with a temporary card until I could get back to Durban.Tiny kiosk or booming branch, this is exactly the kind of service I have always known and expected from Nedbank.Kind regards,Marianne Cohen
