Every-time I visit Nedbank they find a new way to disappoint me. My wife and I had to go to Nedbank and FICA, just to be told we did not have to FICA anymore, Just wasted an hour of my day.

Tellers look like they could do with a break, permanently. No smiles. Bored tired disinterested. Customer service staff however, especially the ladies, are great.
