I bought new hardware and software in September . I have had a ton of issues. My customer rewards program prints gift certificates vouchers for customers when they have not reached their rewards points. I have called at least 35 times. No one is able to help. Speaking to the people over seas when you call the help desk is terrible. They do not understand what I am saying and I am constantly repeating myself. I am pissed and my hands are tied . I have had two terminals ncr replaced. Most of the problems started after the software upgrade. I have spoken to people in Bosnia, Serbia and the Phillipines when I call. The whole thing sucks. Jim in New Hampshire is of no help either. He is at least a person if you have his direct number that will listen but now he is on vacation till December 21. My master just turned colors and froze up. The guy in Serbia said it is disconnected. It is not disconnected. He wants me to now go disconnect it after I told him its connected. I freaked and told him I paid for hardware and software support and to get a tech here I dont work on computers.For the record I hate people that write reviews but this company sucks and like I said my hands are tied and have no other options. These things are expensive and this is a huge inconvenience. I strongly do not recommend NCR Aloha software was great.

Can's stand working with this company. They make NO attempt to satisfy the customer. Had problems on July 3rd and still have problems. They just don't care at all about the end user. Download a new program into our computer but make NO attempt to show anyone how to use it. Just keep jamming new stuff down the customers thoughts weather they need it or not. When they complain....Just ignore them. Will NOT be using them once this contract comes due. This company just does not care about what the user wants. They have an agenda
