Good office location as it is SEZ. Ambience is very good. Outside parking is not allowed. Separate parking facility for each company located here. Lots of mosquito in under ground parking floor. 12c building have UTC & Amazon offices. One receptionist available at counter. Open table and chairs for visitors. Better carry your own water bottles as I was unable to see at drinking water facility.

A very reputed and corporate place where we can go for interviews for the MNC and several other companies. But the thing is there will be no Restaurant near by it and we have to walk or travel for 30min minimum.

Best place for IT companies, most of the companies are located here, but traffic near the area is hectic and underground drainage smells bad while walking on roads
