Being a customer of this bank...I have now decided not to bank with them. I was in the bank on North Adam's in Mass, my 12 year old daughter needed to use the restroom and one of the employees made a smirk and said "No not for public use." Seriously a 12 year old is told she couldnt use the bathroom?? Rude staff, will never bank with them again. Obviously customer service is not a strong point for this bank. It is fine, I will take my business else where.
