Feedback:
I am dishearten by the misrepresentation of this business as a professional lender.
Feedback:
I am a business owner who was wanting to expand my business and needed some custom furniture built. I could not believe the misrepresentations and unprofessional service I received from Navitas. I was approved under my business credit. Great. Later on while going through hoops they said they wanted a personal guarantor. I challenged them on their original approval and their explanations would changed. Here are some of my email exchanges that show a taste of the drama I had to deal with. In my opinion do not waste your time. Talk to your bank. That is what I ended up doing. On Tue, May 19, 2015 at 4:52 PM, Cheryl .... wrote:Hi Daren, I haven’t forgotten about you. My credit department was not able to find your D&B when I submitted the deal yesterday. I had to do a little research and resubmit. Your D&B is listed with a different spelling. My credit manager said that he would need a personal guarantor from you in order to finance $40k. I asked him how much he would finance, based on just the D&B and he said that he will take another look at it and let me know. Please give me till the am to get back to you on this. I am working on providing you with best options possible! Cheryl ...From: Daren Dillinger Sent: Tuesday, May 19, 2015 4:55 PMTo: Cheryl .. Subject: Re: Curious Cheryl, We do not need $40,000. Finally, I do not want to do the 24 month payment plan but instead 12 months. Also the Millwork vendor cannot begin until he has 50% up front. What has changed since we got approval last? Why are we experiencing problems right when we are ready to move forward. Cheryl, this appears to be a pattern of behavior where initial approval occurs then as we go forward added stipulations are added. It is extremely frustrating. I believe I have resolved any or all ares of confusion so please let me know our next steps so I can get them paid so we can get this project moving. Per my previous email to you, I explained that without a personal guarantor, we would only be able provide an approval of 20K. Cheryl .. I still need a personal guarantor to proceed with the amount you are looking to finance. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Thank you, Cheryl ....
