Stole my money twice. Once by plucking out overdraft charges when there were pending deposits that would have covered it. Then, by pulling out 4 overdraft charges when only one was warranted. Talked to two condescending bank managers who talked to me like I couldn't do math. I've had positive experiences with customer service at other branches.
