I switched to this company with two accounts. My fund wasn't available for three weeks. Whenever I called, they said it will be available within two business day. But, It wasn't. I had to go to the BF Police twice to report this because I worried about not only funding but also information for customers. They released funding partially twice not one time full after the police called them twice. Thank God, finally it looks ok so far. I went back to the other service. However, this company still charged me some service charge after causing bouncing my banking. What a great service! I learned the big lesson. Hopely someone doesn't have to pay for this lesson.
