I bank here and this is how I like it: good staff, small, personal, handy to get to. Easy to get in and park if you're disabled.

Staff very polite and helpful. There are queues but counter staff are well organised and minimise them wherever possible. Financial advisors definitely seemed to know their stuff when I used their services last year.
