I’ve been paying for ten months as of this month & of course when I try to make my last payment NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. I got sent to voicemail. I was informed last month I had to keep paying until us dept of education takes it back over.. the hell type of mess is that?! So disappointed

Will answer the phone and put you back on hold.. I always hold for 2 hours or more each time I call them.. Do your job. All I need to do is make a payment.. Idiots.

I have had nothing but exceptional service with this company. The first time I called I spoke with La’vern who will go above and beyond to help you out. Ever since that first call I have made sure to contact her directly and I haven’t had any issues what so ever! She has made sure to be clear on every thing that needed to be sent and I am due for my last payment and I cannot thank her enough for helping me get out of default so I can better myself and start this next chapter of my life!!

I've had a bittersweet experience with these people. I called to get on a repayment plan for my student loans. I faxed in all the paperwork on time and did everything they asked. On the day my payment was set to come out automatically, they never ran it. I didn't know until I called to get their fax number .The girl I spoke to said they made 11 attempts to contact me which was false. They saus the card was run and declined which was also false since I set up the payments to come out on my pay days. I hung up ans checked my bank to see if I could pay that day. I call back ans the next person I spoke to told me I was now in active garnishment since my deadline passed. I opted in to receive voicemails if they can't reach me and I never got one single call or message. I spoke to the supervisor and she confirmed that. Now because of their carelessness, I'm being garnished 15% of my paycheck. Since then, ive called my payments in amd everything is fine, after 5 payments the garnishment will be suspended. Is be wary of these people and always stay on top of your stuff because they definitely swindled me and screwed me over.

I think that National Recoveries is the biggest joke. No one really knows what they are doing and every time that I have been on the phone with someone it is a new story every single time. The last two phone calls have only been the consistent ones. No one has any sympathy for us either. Why we haven't been able to pay, etc. New training needs to be involved for everyone and everyone should be on the same page. IMMEDIATELY. This is horrible customer service. Honestly if I could I would not give any stars.uhhhhh :(

I got to work with April Cervantes to help take care of my husband's loans. OMG, she was so amazing and she worked with me to find the lowest payments available to get his loans out of default. Everything she explained was clear and concise, she was personable and really gave me the confidence to give them our personal information. She really did take her time to find options that worked for us and I can't thank her enough. I appreciate what they do. It's not an easy job, but I appreciate what they do. Thanks April.

First of all these people claim to have contacted me about a student loan, but I have received anything. As it's States on the bureau of fiscal services website, that people like me are suppose to receive a notice with an option to dispute the charges. I didn't receive anything. Department of education told me I owed a certain amount of money, and when I call them to ask them where the rest of my money is at they want to give me the run around.

Horrible. It’s like the devil having your phone number. I’m on my 3rd month of a payment plan and still getting called and forced to print and sign forms.They took my over $800 tax refund. They will reincarnate into cockroaches, maybe.
