Feedback:

These guys had their collection team on me in 3 days for a couple bucks. Couldnt even care enough to call me themselves, as I would have forked over the money peacefully myself. Poor customer service. They run the credit portion of tons of convenience stores and gas cards, never again. I called to report card stolen, my debit card was too, hence the no payment from bank and they call to ask for payment thru a third party collection agency? so rude

Feedback:

These people that work for Irving Fuel Company managing their "rewards card" program are flaming IDIOTS. Simple transaction of changing from one business account to another means talking to seven different people and one supervisor over the course of four days not including weekend days. I still do not have fuel cards to run my business vehicles. I have given them my bank routing and account numbers seven different times and not once was it submitted correctly. Now, another three day wait.NICE JOB IRVING FUEL COMPANY IN NEW BRUNSWICK CANADA!! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY PAYING THESE IDIOTS TO MANAGE YOUR PROGRAMS!Absolutely clueless and careless is the standard operating procedure of this company Zipline .

Feedback:
