Absolutely shocking!! Was offering £9 per gram when the national average was at £11 then had the audacity to refuse serving me as i contacted the head quarters in Blackpool to make a complaint.. then was threatened by the Asian customer service advisor also so all in all check the gold prices before you pawn..
