Going In too the Blackpool branch this afternoon to ask why a couple of things was missing from my layby and the attetude was awful they basically said I was lying when on the day I picked it up they gave me a bag with someone's else stuff which looked like a watch ,jewellery and a cs Lewis book which I pointed out that wasn't mine so that being dishonest is it ,so I think that's what's happened to my items just so bad avoid them at all cost I'm reporting this too trading standards all I wanted was a sorry but now no
