I would have given this post shop 5 stars as up until last week I have only had brilliant service, but last week a lady in her 60s was so rude to me for no apparent reason. I was simply buying some stamps and she snapped at me to take my sunhat off (her reasoning being 'you're in a bank!') The worst customer service I had had for many years and I have a mortgage and many accounts with kiwibank.
