Worked with MYCOM for couple of years now and are a pleasure to deal with!Software is developing all the time to support the customer needs and really helped launch by retail business to the next level!Brilliant staff and service.If i have questions or problems,they will respond super fast.Always look forward to the novelties,so keep it up,MYCOM!

IF YOU BUY THERE SOFTWARE THEN YOU WILL BE LOOSING SOON BECAUSE THERE REPORTS SHOWS ALL WRONG , bad customer service (specially for the one who took there AMC)

Alternatives than MYCOM:-AltaVista (For big Company)-Wnopos (For Restaurant & small Shops)(There are many others if you search, above are the one who gives you immediate support & User-friendly Apps)ABOUT MYCOM:1.Their Attitude:Stay away from these people. They will take your valuable money & then show ... to u.2.How they Trap innocent people:They will show you a bunch of reputed Client list to get Sales. And believing that If you are IN, then thats it.3.About Support:No proper Support. Company & staffs are rude!4.DRAWBACKS:-U must have to take their AMC after purchasing the Software & after 1 year of free AMC at starting, where they want to eat your money WITHOUT GIVING YOU PROPER SUPPORT.-During free AMC period, they will NEVER fix the real bugs/errors completely. It is like fix 1 error, arises other 2 errors instead.-Even if you take AMC, No proper Support will be given (Least bothered!). Even the Management is too least bothered about the activity of their staffs.-NO REAL-TIME or LIVE STOCK!!!(Means if a theft happened before Day closing that happens only at night, u have to wait for it by taking EOD, then upload & then Process to get a 'Real Stock', after reducing the SOLD items from the Inventory, which is worst when a Police investigation starts if a theft is caught by us & we reported & if they ask to show them the current stock of caught item, which shows yesturday night stock instead, which happened twice)-PDT/PDA Stock checking App- U cannot do real-time stock checking, for reordering an item. Instead u have to wait till Day Closing.-PDT App hangs most of the time. We have to enter the whole products again & again which is irritating, exspecially in front of the customer.-They are the Casio dealers & service provider, yet No PDT service support. They will take the product from you & will not return it saying any excuses.-Most of the 'Total Sum Values' of each category like Credit Customer Outstandings, Daily Sales Statement, etc. are mismatching with each other & wrong in each of their application like POS Application, Inventory Application & Accounts Application.(There are many other issues, but the abovementioned issues are some of the main issues that shows the Failure of their Applications)My friend had a worst experience from these people. They are still suffering from them.They purchased Software from 'Hi POS' for their new Company, which again had some other issues as it is a company started by the older staffs of MYCOM itself.They now purchased 'AltaVista' from Sharjah, which is going Good. The great thing is that it is very much User-friendly. One email, immediate support or atleast reply with the next schedule details. U only require an internet connection. Very good staffs including the Manager, who is very much concerned about their product performance! Commitment is perfect. ANY KIND of modifications, they are ready!(I write this review Neither because I am an agent of above suggested companies Nor I am the enemy of Mycom, instead because, after a long time of repeated bad experience from other cheating Software Sales Company & their Agents, we heard a good HUMAN kind of TALK & behavior, after meeting the above suggested companies, both of from whom my friend purchased the Softwares & are perfect in fulfilment of commitment, that too even after Project Purchase)
