I've been with this credit union for almost 50 years and I love the people there! However, why is it that they don't open at 9:00 every day? It can be such an inconvenience for me when I have to start my day early.

If you need a statement reprinted they charge 5 dollars for each month statement. 20 bucks for 10 pages printed.

Hands down the worst experience here. The old lady that sits up front, a teller I'd assume. She's been so awful to me on multiple occasions. I will never ever ever be a member here and I sure won't reccomend them EVER! MY PERSONAL HEAD ACHE OF A CREDIT UNION!

MPCU is a heartless & uncaring company. They lie to you & continuously say there's nothing they can do. It's our policy! Well special help can be made for extenuating circumstances! This is the last straw. I'm leaving here to a bank that wants my business.
