Important meeting requiring a power adapter immediately, and the staff offered no solution to pay with a company card. We're a Fortune 500 Corporation that manages many of the buildings around their store. Went to JB HiFi, they laughed, processed the payment immediately and I walked out a forever JB HiFi customer. No matter if you're a uni student, enthusiast, blue collar or white collar worker, you deserve better than this service. Walk away. My corporation will be.

Hope they had better training for newbies there, I could've saved time running back and forth to the store. I've asked them to transfer my data across , they transferred everything but the actual folder that I needed. The girl didn't let me check whether I've got everything on the spot because she obvious had no idea what I was talking about. Anyway, thank you Julian for fixing everything up in the end. They need more staff like Julian.
