Feedback:

The worst experience at a bank I've ever had. The branch manager has no people skills and seems bored with his job. Instead of helping me, he acted like a three-year old (and I know because I used to work at a pre-school.) I left feeling harassed and verbally abused. I closed my account.

This place sucks. Atm NEVER works..trying to pay my loan and knowing the atm never works I decided to go to the branch on my lunch break 1 pm on a Friday (not a holiday) and I guess they decided to close. Pull up to the atm and once again not working.. This place is a joke

Been with MSCU for 30 years and have never had a problem. If you're giving them one-star reviews, you might want to take a look at yourself...maybe YOU'RE the problem....

Have an auto loan through Mutual Security and had to contact the Westport Branch to get a copy of our car title. Brandon, the branch manager helped me tremendously and was extremely thorough, devoted and quick to find a resolution. They made it seamless for us and we're also easy to get a hold of and communicate with. I highly recommend them. 👍

Service is herrendous. Management is not only a joke but unknowledgeable. They don’t explain products or fees.

Horrible customer service. I tried to call 4 different branch locations to make a payment on my loan and every single one was busy, once I actually got through to the Norwalk, CT branch hung up on me twice. They also don't offer any online payment option.

I've been with them for years, great interest rate on checking, low fees and my car dealer couldn't figure out how I got the rate I did from them on my car. Maybe not the most polished organization but I will take them over the big banks any day

The current manager, Sabrina, explained to me that there was a different manager there not too long ago, so I think MSCU needs a second consideration. My experiences so far have only been positive. Everyone, including Sabrina, are always more than willing to take the time to answer any questions. Although I’ve only just recently begun doing banking there, I’m quickly recognized by all of the employees and I feel very welcomed.

About to switch banks- I have been a customer for many years, the personality of this bank has definitely changed. It used to have a heart and now does not- I had my son and daughter, one a new college graduate and my son, about to graduate, open accounts there. The bank decided a day early to pull a large payment from my daughter's account, she was paid today, and the day the payment was supposed to be made. Nope they already pulled it already and charged her an over draft fee...she doesn't have a lot of money, just starting out- my accounts do, and they showed no mercy towards the small account holder. I am quite disgusted- be warned if you want an automatic payment withdrawn it comes out THE DAY BEFORE YOU ASK THEM TO DO IT -be warned, even the teller at the bank did not know that, and they forgive NO ONE!
