I have heard horrible things about this business. Dont, don't do business with them. Take advantage of young families, bad business, dont do business with these people

Unfortunately these guys aren’t very trustworthy. We just had a child, and as the mother was going on to maternity leave, we asked to pay our loan in advance. They agreed and took a new mother’s money. They then called and said we were delinquent. We explained that we had paid in advance. The lady said she would look into to it. Instead they repoed the car. We called to ask why. They stayed they don’t take money in advance last a month. I asked why they took our money then. They didn’t have any answers. We have been trying to contact J R Jelly for about a week and a half. He refuses to answer any calls. We tell him we have work and we have certain times we can speak, and he dodges is continually . Do not do business with these people. They are duplicitous and greedy.

The staff here are Amazing !! 2years ago when my family was going thru some serious tragedy losing my dad, my husbands grandfather, then his grandmother, my uncle, and 2 of our most precious dogs died all within a 3month period. Our checking account had some serious trouble too. Rather then removing us fully from the CU they only closed our checking and gave us as much time as we needed to get caught up. A year later we were able to reopen our checking and doing whole lot better. Thanks CapEdCU.

Mountain gem has amazing attentive staff. They are very friendly and easy to work with. We have our car loan through them and a savings account. If you are looking for a new financial institution I would highly recommend you pick Mountain Gem.

Mountain Gem Credit Union is a great place to bank! Very friendly with their members. They generally care about their members and are always more than happy to help you. I have both my truck loans through them and I haven't had one issue. They have great promotions all the time!

My husband and I became members here because we bought a truck through a used car lot and Mt Gem gave us the best interest rate. That was the ONLY good thing about this credit union. Their business hours made it impossible for either of us to access our account as we both work in Boise Mon-Fri 9-6. When my husband called to make sure I had complete control of the account so I could close it once the loan was paid off it was pointless. Since it's easier for me to do so, I took off work early so I could close the accounts but they wouldn't allow me to do so. My husband then had to take off early to do it. If you're used to being treated with respect and having easy access to your money without needing your husband's permission I suggest you find a different institution!

This is a horrible bank i would not recommend anyone bank here. If i could give them 0 stars if that would be an option. I am going to definatly be closing my account with them.
