David was a godsend! He alleviated so much stress from me while working his magic to ensure my closing happened on the determined date. While I was also looking for homes he was also helping me get an idea of what the loan would look like. Considering all the issues I had on my end with my credit, and money transfers etc, David never showed any frustration with me or the situation at hand which helped me stay calm during the stressful time.
