Lee H. and his team were one of the best brokerages I've done business with. This is the second time I've used their services. I have had a total of 3 loans done with them, and the transactions always have ran smoothly and on time. The team was professional, personable, easy to talk to, well-organized, well dressed, and friendly. Their office location is in a good area and easy to find, and their office is clean organized and stylish. They provided good communication. I like their online services, with email updates on the status of my loans and e-sign, that made it convenient. I will definitely be using their services a third time in the future for sure.

Lee Hurst and his team are amazing! We were working with another lender and were told we couldn’t get pre-approved. We reached out to Lee through a referral from our realtor, explained our financial situation and was super transparent from the beginning. He did his research and said he could work with us. Two weeks from that point we had a pre-approval! Our loan process officially started May 6 and we closed 29 days later! The home buying process can be stressful but when you have a solid lender and realtor on your team walking you through every step Thank of the process it makes a world of difference!
