I call Gary 'Yoda' for his unflinching ability to make the seemingly impossible possible. I live in Sydney and am surrounded by dozens of mortgage broker options a stones throw from my door. Over the past decade I have never hesitated returning to Gary every time though I am looking to borrow for a home or investment. His understanding of the industry is second to none and the level of customer service he provides is outstanding. Some people's scenarios are simple and others are not. Mine veers towards the complicated end of the spectrum and I am always very impressed with the calm and strategic way Gary uses all levers available to him to come to a successful conclusion. I cannot recommend Gary highly enough. He is of course surrounded by a wonderful team and his fantastic wife Carmel is always at the end of the phone to assist also.
