First time homebuyer here! In early April, I started getting serious about purchasing a home. I was approaching my due date with my 2nd child and we needed a home that was move-in ready. I googled “Best mortgage companies” and saw the Moreira team on the list. I submitted an inquiry online and was contacted by Timothy Endress shortly afterwards. He was professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to our situation with the newborn. I received a preapproval shortly after submitting the documentation required. He was always friendly and made sure to ask how my family was doing throughout the process. Our offer was accepted on my home and closing was less than 30 days later! I couldn’t believe it because I had read so many horror stories about the process dragging on for at least 45 days or more. Amanda E and Amanda Bailey were also extremely helpful. Amanda Bailey made sure to stay on top of the sellers attorneys office to ensure they were following up with on her requests. She answered my emails, telephone calls, texts very quickly and always provided updates. The Moreira team is amazing! I will always recommend them to friends and family. My husband who is a real estate agent will do the same. They really made the process seamless considering I had just given birth mid-April. Now my family and I are happy and enjoying our new home! I had shopped around for other lenders but none of them were as responsive, knowledgeable or friendly as the Moreira team!!! We sincerely appreciate you all for the job well done.
