I had the great pleasure of touring this facility recently and it absolutely blew me away. From the integrity of the owner his company's ideals to the happy smiling faces of the workers, the well lit, clean and comfortable environment, and the humanity of the animal handling and kill process -- a top notch operation like none I have ever seen. Perhaps most amazing of all though was the pork. BEAUTIFUL pork!! This is the way it should be. Kudos to MoonRidge Foods.
