I got my finance car with these guys through Tenby Cars Luton dealership last month. Everything went fast and straight forward. Within an hour I was on the motorway, driving the new car. Personally, I am happy with their service 👌❤️ cheers guys

The people are so wonderful done everything stress free I had no running about didn't have to take time off work in the last 20yrs probably the best and most friendly people I've dealt with and I've put 6 other friends forward they got what they were looking for and are very very happy thanks again for making things stress free

Staff know very little about finance, customer service from team leaders and managers is very bad and I would not advise using unless you want miss sold finance

Had to go to financial ombudsman to resolve issue i have had with them. All there bothered about is getting there money

Avoid this company like the plague. When i tried to pay off the final £400 off my loan after my vehicle was written off and they refused to except my payment and lied about my insurance paying them. They refused point blank to speak to my insurance company and now are trying to make me pay them nearly £800. Threaten me again and you can say good bye to your business thieving bunch of SCUM BAGS. After all you can't run a company when all that's left is a pile of rubble.

3 year plan ends next month, never had so much as a phone call, I get a txt reminding me when payments going to be taken, all has been good, can't speak for what would have happened if I ended up in difficulty with payments, but from my own experience no issues at all.

Not sure why people are slagging these guys off- they will only chase you and charge penalties if you ... guess what.... DON'T MAKE YOUR PAYMENTS!!!!

Have a bad habit of not making/saving notes which leads to them wasting their own time and mine. They follow the law from what I can tell but could do with a few more intelligent employees I think.
