I have had zero experience with pawn shops before. I was running short on bills and decided to pawn a couple of watches that I really like a lot. I got a fair price in the range I was looking for (they are well used - a little old). Yet somewhat valuable. Especially to me. I forgot about them as I was busy with life and kids. I stopped by the pawn shop on my way to the Hospital to visit my wife - I remembered them. I was over a month past due. They still had my property and I was extremely grateful that the owner was willing to still sell them back to me at the exact negotiated price we agreed on at the monthly charge. At that point he owned the merchandise but was willing to accommodate me as he stated "it's just good business to take care of our customers". I had also had in my possession an anniversary gift for my wife and was in a hurry to meet her at the Hospital. Jokingly I asked if he knew where I could get a present wrapped really fast - He graciously had someone wrap it for me with some extra Xmas wrap he had on hand at no charge. In short I got my watches back at a fair price, My wife's anniversary present got wrapped for free and I made it to the Hospital on time to present my wife with her flowers and gift before she went into surgery. I was very pleased with every experience I had doing business with Jeff (Owner) and his staff! Even if I never require to do business with them again, I hope that I will take the time to stop by in the near future just to say "Thank You again for your customer service, professionalism and your kindness". Much appreciated!
