The customer service is amazing here. I have been back here a few times and they are so friendly and helpful :) Have never had a problem with them would definitely recommend to others and have done so in the past.

If I could give you no stars I would be happy. You guys are the worst, and the girls at the Salisbury branch are so rude, stuck up and think they're better than everyone else.

they stole money from my account and refused to pay it back "incase it bounces back" making me wait 48hrs for my own money or have to make my way down and sort it out with no car when i just got home. thieving scum rott in hell

They will not answer their phone I have tried 9 times in the last hour. Have your opening hours changed? If you are busy do you have more than one phone line? I would just like to know if the money you are still taking out of my friends account is because he still owes you or because he has not paid the whole lian. Answering your phone so he can speak to you would be a good start. Thank you.
