Overall Feedback:
Didnt get a loan but instead waited nearly two weeks for nothing and no updates or notifications, had to send in Centerlink statement twice. I had to call them, first time I rang 6 times (both numbers) no answer, I rang again a couple days later, sent Centerlink statement again, waited more days with NOTHING, no email, no text, no call, I called today to be told I can't apply for anything more than what I get on Centerlink (around $700) it would be nice to STATE THAT ON THE WEBSITE, so if your car drops a tyre while driving on the road, and you need over $2000 to fix it DESPERATELY because you have a six month old and live 40km out of the nearest town, don't come running to money3. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE SO PEOPLE LIKE ME DONT HAVE TO WASTE THEIR TIME WAITING TWO WEEKS FOR NOTHING, SEND EMAILS OR TEXTS LETTING PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON, LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL.
