this is a copy of a complaint i just submitted to their websitefirst of all i have been a customer of you guys for years... i have had about 6 loans through you guys and the way your staff acted today was disgusting.i dont apreciate being hung up on twice while "on hold"i applied for a loan at 12-12:30 and was told i would be called in an hour to an hour and a half.3 hours later i got called and asked if i would pay the last payment of my previous loan early, i said i could if it was preferred and the lady said it does not matter so i said i would leave the payment as scheduled, she said thats fine, and that she would call me back in a few minutes.. (this was at 3pm)at 4:30 i called twice and was put on hold ... both times i heard someone pick up the phone and hang up on me.i called again and when asked if i would hold again i explained id been hung up on twice and would rather not...she then started using a condescending tone with me got my details and said the application is still under review, and i would be called back in a few minutes,i waited untill 5pm (closing time for them) and tried to call back .... the phone rang 3 times and then hung up(someone rejected the call) ... when i tried to call back it just rang out. i am writing this now that the office has closed for the day, to inform you that i will no longer take loans through this company, and a copy of this will be posted on google as a review of your bussiness
