They first told me i was eligible which was incorrect information, wasted my time & ended up spending money by ringing multiple times which led to them eventually telling me they could not help me. The lady I last spoke to had the nerve to say after I expressed how bad and unprofessional it looks that I had a right to my own opinion which tells me she seen nothing wrong with my experience & the service I received. Will never bother with them again. She was extremely rude and naïve.
