I would never recommend this company to anybody. I called on Monday and was advised I had an amount outstanding. Okay cool, no problem. Was told that if I paid a full amount they could cut me a deal, perfect! I was then told that if I give it 3 days I can apply for vehicle finance and there’s no reason it shouldn’t be approved, so that’s what I did today only to be told that I’m apparently on a payment plan for a previous loan which is false as I paid the amount on Monday and it also cleared on my end 2 days later. Then the woman claims that I need to apply for a small loan through some other random company before I apply through them despite the fact that my credit rating is actually decent along with my income. Why waste my time and energy when your staff can’t even get their story straight? I’ll be boycotting money 3 and recommending everyone to stay far far away.
