they've been having system breakdown since mid oct 2017. Luckily the customer service able to serve and said refund will be 7-14 working days. Kinda sad coz the hotel fully booked T.T

Hi Molpay, I registered for a marathon run on 19th October 2017 and it says transaction failed in the portal. But my money was deducted from my bank account. How can I get back my money? Thanks.

im having the same problem as others where my payment was successful in cimb clicks on 19 Oct 2017 but i didnt receive any email form molpay regarding the status of the transaction either it is succesfull or not. did sent an email to technical support and no respons after 7 days. i need my money back.

I made reservations booking online thru agoda.. I already make payment rm337.75 ..went I want double check my reservation with agoda back..their say my booking was cancel cause no payment received..I’m so shock couse in my ac bank already deducted.. please kindly check my reference payment number under molpay sdn bhd #23500038.. please refund back my money....so disappointed with the issue ..
