Seem friendly enough. However, they have some wonky policy around transfer fees that doesn't seem to make much sense. Maybe I will go back in there some day but I doubt it.(yawns) At their "update". Owner now is boarding idiocy. Not even going to read it. (yawns)Update : In regard to the response I received.I won't argue business practices with you. I can merely state the obvious in that your practices are actually driving people away. I never stated that did not desire to purchase anything from you. I implied that your business practices made it logically impractical. Fiscal responsibility is just as important for my family as it is for yours.It is a free market. I never stated anything to the contrary. You broght it up with your statement "rather then buying from us is disappointing.". I chose not to purchase anything from you because it wasn't priced at current market prices. That being said. I fully understand that some on-line retailers have an advantage over brick and mortar stores and I don't mind paying a little extra to pick it up locally. I am not however ok with paying excessively high prices in comparison. I never stated that you were 'required' to transfer firearms to anyone. You stated : "Why would an American citizen be mad that we have a free market and one of the rights under a free market is the business has the right to decide who it wishes to do business with and what they wish to charge.... Seems some of you online buyers are sure getting mad you cannot subvert sales taxes and/or the use of your local business in the gun market, due to needing to have a 4473 ran to purchase a gun." I don't recall ever stating that I was 'mad' as you claim. I simply pointed out that your business practices are misguided at best and that it cost you money this round. To the contrary. You appear to be upset but I wouldn't outright accuse you of being such as I am not you and can't possibly know exactly what you're feeling. I also never expressed or implied to you anything related to sales tax and won't address that comment for that reason. I always seek to support local stores. Especially smaller ones. That being said I have considered getting my on FFL several times because I buy so many guns. If I were faced with the possibility that I could not locate an FFL. I would simply remedy the situation by obtaining my own FFL in one form or another. Some of the price inflation witnessed at your place of business would pay for my FFL in (roughly) 5-10 firearms purchases. I also purchase firearms locally all the time that are only slightly inflated over the prices online. The only arrogance and or silliness I have seen come out of this review is coming from you. I made a statement as a potential customer and you attacked on several points whilst making 'silly' arguments. All you managed to do was convert me from a potential future customer into a non patronizing citizen.I wish you the best and hope your business and family prosper.

What do I think? I think the staff is very knowledgeable and from the negative reviews that I've seen, it sounds like it was from people who were either too ignorant or arrogant to admit to things that they didn't know.Went into the place earlier today to take a closer look at an OSS Suppressor that peaked my interest. It may not seem obvious to most people, but I got the feeling that the individuals who work and run this establishment take the time to educate themselves on a product as well as find out the smaller details. I got this feeling when the individual in question was able to point out some of the fine details of the muzzle attachment device for the OSS suppressor. Also, from reading the reviews on this business, the fact that they take time to respond to the positives and negatives and remember the individuals that posted them great detail is quite impressive as well.On other topics, you know the people know what they're talking about when they are able to tell you what is a good quality product for cheap when it comes to certain things like assembling your own AR. It means they've looked through the information in their off time and have done their own analysis. These are the types of people you want to talk to, become friendly with, and buy from because in the long term they will indirectly help you save thousands of dollars because the firearms industry is like any other industry; filled with overambitious advertisements that border along criminal.If I had to say anything bad. It would probably be that the display area is a bit small, but I see it as an advantage since larger stores have higher overhead which leads to higher costs for the consumer. Their products are competitively priced and they have online listings as well. Furthermore, you don't need a big gun shop to get a gun you want. You just need one with an FFL if you want to transfer something in.If there were a title of high praise I could give the folks that run this place; I would have to call them a mom and pop type place, and if you've been to enough stores; you generally remember the mom and pop type places as having the best "product."

Ian, Amy & their team have always treated me very well. I find their prices competitive and they explain everything in detail. For example I took my mother-in-law in for her to look at a few AR's and they explained the differences and really made sure she understood how they operated. She is very happy with the one she purchased. I too have made several purchases from them and I am always happy with my chooses. Love to support local business if possible.

Really incredible people. They will practically all but backflip to serve your consumer needs. Very friendly staff, they will even go out of their way outside of the shop to say hello! also very friendly prices for the wallet. They can order you just about anything your heart desires too. Absolutely no reason not to support your local business here.

One of the worst gun shops I’ve patronized. I asked them to order a HK USC and was told they hadn’t been imported for 5 years and they wouldn’t hear otherwise, a week later I got a call from them saying one was on the way and I could purchase it. They had the audacity to request significantly more than MSRP due to “the law of supply and demand” and they were “selling on auction sites for a lot more.” If that’s how you treat your customers I quit being a customer. The owner is rude and brash and will not get any more of my hard-earned money, instead I will give it to Denny Dennis a few more miles down the road!
