Although we started out with a little misunderstanding about the price, Joe the owned got involved and made everything right. It turned out the misunderstanding was not intentional. Joe spent some time with me and actually showed me a few things that will help in my own business.

So I came into the dealership to check out a car they had advertised online. I had a great experience until we sat down to work on the price and they explained their pricing. After this I left and wrote a review online(which is below if you are interested in my original experience). Afterwards I was contacted by the owner Joe and we had a good conversation about my experience and the car I was interested In and he convinced me to come back by and work out some numbers. I'm glad I did as I did purchase the car. It is in fantastic condition and has been running great and other than my disagreement with their pricing I had probably the best dealership experience of any car I've purchased.I would highly recommend this dealer for experience they provide their customers.---Be careful when looking at the prices of the cars that they are selling. They advertise the price for AFTER you have made a down payment and if you qualify for their "discounts". I looked at a great car for what I thought was a good competitive price until we went into the office and suddenly an $11,000 car turned into $14,000. Our salesman said that this is "normal" and was "sorry I felt that way" when I was saying that the way they advertise their prices was dishonest.The grocery store doesn't advertise milk for $0.50 (after $2 down with $1 qualifying discount.)

I had fallen in love with a vehicle at modern auto sales. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was interested in was on hold for another customer. I was informed that this customer is trying to get their financing approved and if it didn't work out that I would be informed. I called the very next morning to question the vehicle I was interested in and the employee on the phone, Jason, knew exactly what I was talking about and informed me that the other customer's financing didn't work out and the vehicle was still available. I was so excited a d I went down there a couple of hours later to go check it out again. I originally was working with a salesman named Kevin the previous day. Once he saw me pull into Modern Auto Sales, he informed me that another salesman named Joey would be taking over to help me out. Joey was very friendly and polite. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I was pretty impressed to find out he was only 16 years old! Everything went smoothly and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Modern Auto Sales. The staff were very friendly and professional and the establishment is extremely clean with a great selection of inventory.

There was no pressure during any part of our visit, and once the sale was made, it was smooth sailing through delivery of our new car. Joey was able to answer any questions we had.
