My card expired on 9/19 well i went into the new nederland branch to get a new one the clerk gave me an expired card thats due on 9/19 now im stuck out of town with an expired card people please check your cards an look at it before y'all leave i can't be to mad but that's what i get for trusting mobiloil credit union you guys rock

They would not let me conduct a transaction just because my id was expired by a few days! They don't have a drive thru and they're closed on Saturday's! These people should not be in the banking business! Their employees are so stupid! They should be working at mc Donald's! They took money out of someone else's account for our loan! They never get the account number right! Every month we have problems with them screwing up our payments!

This establishment has no since of what’s right, just make money. Although, by looking at other reviews, I’m thinking they will not being doing that very much longer. I was told by one of their representatives that making double payments on credit cards would carry over to the next month like it does with my other two cards... Five Point (excellent bank) and Chase. Long story short, this is not the case and after pleading to have the late payment removed from my credit report and bringing the card to a zero balance, they still refuse to help. I contacted the two banks mentioned above and asked how they might handle a similar situation... would you believe they take the exact opposite stance as mobile Oil? Well, they do because their customers are not treated like numbers, but actual people walking into their branch.

Very unprofessional as soon as I stepped into the door. Staff was uncontrollably laughing in another room and I wasn’t able to make a simple transaction despite doing so through many other branches. Will never be back but I’m sure my business doesn’t matter from what I’ve witnessed.

The wait time here is ridiculous! Especially, in the drive-thru. Every time I have to deal with my money here, I want to pull out and go somewhere else. The professionalism is minimal and makes tending to my banking needs a headache. I catch myself planning my banking needs around when I'll be in Beaumont next just to avoid this place! It's time to find a new bank...

Slowest and rudest location. Sat in the drive thru for 17 min and that's after having sent in my very basic deposit form. My mistake was going when I had an appointment 30 min later, go figure the drive thru would cause me to be late. And after 10 when I pushed the call button to see what the hold up was she just shut me down with a "it'll be just a moment" didn't even let me speak.. 7 min later I finally get by cash.

Every time I go to this location they make me want to close my account and go elsewhere. The wait is always ridiculous for all departments and half of them are standing around not working. The entire place is unprofessional. Very poor customer service.

Very small location, and the people that works there are always mad. There's never a line so it is fast service.
