Had a very pleasant experience with mister money. The guy that helped me with my item was Randy. Randy was AWESOME through & through. I pawned my gaming laptop & was able to get the money I needed. Randy was nice & courteous, & very understanding with my situation. Everybody was very friendly there also. Thank you Randy for giving me top notch customer service. Will definitely return to do business again.

This used to be my favorite pawn shop to buy and sell items until I came in contact with store manager "Sammy". The most disrespectful person I've ever met in my life. It was quite a surprise since I've never had any problems with the other staff members and had grown quite fond of them. She was extremely rude from the beginning when I was just trying to sell some stuff to pay for a doctor appointment. She accused me of trying to rip them off, which is ironic since she works at a pawn shop. She refused to buy items from me that I have sold to their shop several times before. When I told her that she threatened to block my account. I'll never go there again bc of her and her only. She really needs to be put in her place

I got my TV out of pawn this evening and the guy who put my TV in my car cracked my screen and broke it!!!! Update I contacted the store and management and they refuse to fix or replace the TV they broke. I think this is poor customer service, I will never do business with them ever again. Heed my warning about this awful business and go elsewhere.
