Been a member 1998. Went to cash checks for wedding they said I could not due to wife not being there. I tried to call up there before I left work and that only to be on hold for 25 min. Then on top of that they were not even busy. Will be canceling my accounts soon. This place and customer service sucks

My husband and I recently applied for an auto loan with MOVFCU, not only were they able to give us an amazing interest rate but they also went above and beyond by helping my husband consolidate and refinance a loan from another credit union. The money saved from the refinance almost completely covered the new car payment! The whole process was quick, stress-free and went seamlessly. The staff went above and beyond to give us options and answered every single question we had and gave honest advice. Great staff, great experience! I couldn't be more pleased with the service and savings I received and will definitely go to MOVFCU for any of my financial needs.

This credit union is wonderful. I enjoy having such a fast, easy process when it comes to financial services. I really hope that people come to this credit union because they will not regret it!
